My stay at the Derby Hotel Kensington was quite disappointing. Though the location is fantastic, being close to Earls Court tube station, the room quality, noise levels, and breakfast options left much to be desired. I won't be returning, as the combined issues overshadowed the positives.

My room was dated and cramped, with three single beds instead of the requested double and single. The mattress was extremely uncomfortable, making it hard to get a good night's sleep. On top of that, the curtains didn't block the light well and the carpet seemed grubby.
